A series of seminars exploring the current issues in Alternative Dispute Resolution has been established by the Civil Mediation Council Academic Committee.The first one ” Online Dispute Resolution: How close to becoming a reality?” was held at Queen Mary University of London with Speakers Brian Hutchinson BCL LLM DAL Barrister at Law Senior Lecturer, School of Law, University College Dublin and Diana Wallis, Mediator, Former MEP Honorary Senior Fellow, Law School, University of Hull.
